SWEEPSTAKE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unity Technologies ApS ("Unity") is giving you the opportunity to participate in this sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes").
WHO MAY ENTER
The Sweepstakes are open to any person who has filled out the survey sent out by Unity.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Unity's decision in relation to any aspect of the Sweepstakes is final and binding on every entrant. Any disputes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws or rules thereof, and all proceedings shall take place in the State of California in the City of San Francisco.
HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
The Sweepstakes will run from August 29, 2016 8AM GMT until September 13, 2016 5PM GMT. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have submitted the form provided by Unity during this period. Prizes will be awarded up to three weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes by random drawing. Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize during the period of the Sweepstakes.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning will depend on the number of forms submitted.
PRIZE
1 Samsung Gear VR Headsets as well as 1 Galaxy S7s will be awarded to one (1) selected randomly entrant. The value of a single Samsung Gear VR headset is $99.99 USD. (Source: amazon.com; May 3, 2016) and the value of a single Galaxy S7 is $614.39 USD. (Source: amazon.com; May 17, 2016). 3 wireless routers TP-LINK TL-MR3020 3G/4G Wireless N150 Portable Router will be awarded to three (3) separate entrants. The value of a single wireless routers is $27,68 USD. (Source: amazon.com; August 02, 2016). 6 thermo mugs XDDesign Nomad will be awarded to six (6) separate entrants. The value of a single thermo mugs is $17,80 USD. (Source: amazon.com; August 02, 2016).
If the winner is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of September 16, 2016, then such individual's parent or legal guardian must accept the prize on his/her behalf.
There will be no substitutions or cash redemptions, provided that Unity reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part for a prize of equal or greater value in the event that any component of the original prize is unavailable for any reason. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Prizes do not include any additional expenses, including but not limited to federal, state, provincial and local sales or other taxes and surcharges, which are the responsibility of each winner. The approximate retail value of the prizes represents Unity's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash.
Payments of all federal, state and local taxes related to the award of a prize are solely the responsibility of the winner of the prize. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner's full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at US$600 or more or for any prizes awarded by Unity in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more, and such winnings will be reported to the IRS. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.
ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant understands that Unity has access to entrant's personal information for use in connection with the Sweepstakes. Unity will otherwise use the information collected from you pursuant to Unity's privacy policy , which may be found here: unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Winners will be notified via email. The potential winner will need to respond to Unity to provide eligibility verification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in a timely fashion, fails to accept the Samsung Gear VR headset and the Galaxy S7, wireless routers and thermo mugs or does not comply with these rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize and Unity may select a new winner. Unity may use the winning developers' name and trademarks for marketing purposes.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Unity reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this sweepstakes or to disqualify any individual it determines, in Unity's sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website. Unity may prohibit an entrant from participating in the sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in Unity's sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Unity's representatives.
